We also advise on property law such as disputes between neighbours for example nuisance, party wall act problems, trespass, easement and boundary disputes as well as garden law and commercial tenancies.
Costs - our costs are transparent and there are no hidden charges. We offer fixed fees and can arrange meetings in a variety of locations in Kent, Surrey and London both during and out of regular office hours.
Agreements - we will give you all the help and information you need to achieve the best result possible. Even if you are not having problems we can help you to avoid unnecessary difficulties in the future.
We can advise on agreements of all kinds including separation and pre-nuptial or post- nuptial agreements.
Fixed Fee - if you can't afford a solicitor and plan to do it yourself we can also assist you in the preparation of letters, all court documents and making applications to the court. We will help you to act for yourself and advise and assist you throughout for a fixed fee, agreed in advance.
We are now offering fixed fee divorces for £595.00 (plus VAT and court fees). We also offer other fixed fees so please ask us for more information.
Mediation - is an effective way of resolving disputes without the need to go to court by using an independent third party - a mediator - who helps both sides to come to an agreement. The mediator is neutral and the aim of mediation is to help you and your former partner or spouse to reach a solution to your problem that you are both happy with. Mediation is a voluntary process and can only take place if you both agree. All of the discussions which take place in mediation are confidential and if you are unable to reach agreement, you can still go to court. The cost of mediation is shared equally between you and mediation is usually considerably quicker, less stressful and cheaper than going to court.
Collaborative Law - Couples meet face to face with their lawyers present in a series of round table meetings instead of going to court. It has a high success rate and removes the stress and uncertainty of court proceedings.
